About Authenticity Works

Caroline Thomson, Founder

 I’m a commercially-minded People and Culture leader with over 20 years of experience helping high-growth, tech-focused companies scale with purpose. I’ve worked across industries - from satcoms and deep tech to life sciences and fintech - guiding organisations through rapid transformation, funding rounds, and complex change.


My expertise spans organisational design, leadership development, culture shaping, and mindset work. I’ve successfully scaled businesses from 20 to 150+ employees, led international HR functions across the UK, US, EU, and Australia, and built high-performing teams and cultures that last. I’ve delivered measurable results while maintaining strong psychological safety and alignment at every level.


I believe it’s time to evolve leadership, fostering environments where people can lead and thrive on their own terms without burning out or losing their values.
